Mary Cleaver, Founder and President of The Cleaver Co., The Green Table, and Table Green & Table Green Cafe joined co-hosts Amanda Dell and Kimberly Chou of Recommended Reading with Food Book Fair on Heritage Radio Network this week to talk about NYC’s upcoming first annual NYC Food Waste Fair.
