I have been very happy with my LN-CC purchases in the past. This time I wasn’t, so I sent my purchases back as outlined in their conditions. 3 days later the parcel arrived back at my door. When I reached out on Friday, LN-CC couldn’t figure out why it was sent back to me, but they would look into it and send me a new label. Since I already lost a week of the 2 week return policy due to reasons unknown to me and LN-CC works with a parcel service that only operates during office hours on weekdays, time is of the essence. I have been calling all morning, no reply, I get cut off and asked to call again. E-mail unanswered, private message I sent via Facebook was read, but not responded to. Can someone please help me!?
